It’s so nice to speak to someone with manners and who actually sounds like he wants to help me and not just there to answer the phone.

Just wanted to drop you a quick line to praise your services & one of your staff in particular.

Late on a Friday (5.45pm approx.) on my last day before a week off I had an absolute nightmare with RAC letting us down extremely badly in respect of recovering our vehicle & staff.  Long story short, whilst I’ve always found all your staff, and Phil in particular, extremely professional, helpful and even fun to deal with, on this particular Friday he went above and beyond in helping sort something for me with the minimum amount of fuss even though it was the very end of his working day.  His assistance was very much appreciated, especially when what he had only just managed to organise for us was then almost immediately cancelled when it transpired it was no longer needed.  It must have been frustrating for him but this wasn’t evident in his manner or even intimated.

As a company we have used the services of Alliance for 5 years.  In all that time we have not have any problems or worries.  The staff are excellent and very professional – nothing is too much trouble for them.  If problems arise, they deal with them professionally and quickly, always keeping you informed of what is happening.  From booking cars right through to returning them they are there to help.  I most certainly will not use a different company and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
